AI that does real work.
Shipped in 4–6 weeks.
I turn a real need into working AI you own — built in focused sprints, not strategy decks or open-ended retainers.
What I do
Three simple promises.
Results, not demos.
I build AI that does real work for you — a feature, an automation, or a full MVP — and get it into use in weeks, not stuck in a slide deck.
The right solution, not my tool.
I start from your need and budget and recommend what genuinely fits — no-code, custom code, or enterprise-grade. I use platforms like Lovable when they're right, and build custom when they're not.
Scoped, fast, and yours.
Fixed scope, fixed price, working software you own, and a clear decision after every sprint. You can stop anytime.
What I build
What I can build for you.
Most AI value comes down to a few patterns. Here's what I build most — and what each one does for you. It's not a fixed menu; if your need is close, it probably fits.
Turn documents and data into action
Stop paying people to read, retype and sort paperwork by hand. AI reads your documents and pulls out what matters — checked by a person before it's used.
Examples: contracts into key terms and deadlines · incoming tenders into ready-to-work cases · CVs into comparable candidate profiles
Make your own knowledge instantly answerable
Generic AI doesn't know your business; this does. It answers from your own documents with sources, shows each person only what they're allowed to see, and says "I don't know" instead of guessing.
Examples: "have we done this before?" across past projects · instant answers from your HR & policy handbook · product and manual support in any language
Put AI agents to work on real tasks
Agents that do the work, not just chat. They pull data from your systems, carry out multi-step jobs and draft the result — with you approving the moments that matter.
Examples: follow up on unpaid invoices and draft the reminder · assemble a case file from scattered sources · monitor tenders or listings and flag the ones that fit
Build a full AI product or MVP
When you need more than one feature: a real application your team or customers use — logins, roles, data and AI built in. From idea to a working first version in weeks.
Examples: an internal tool that ends spreadsheet chaos · a customer-facing app with an AI core · a founder's first MVP
How it works
Three steps — and you decide between each.
- 1
Discover3–5 days
We find the real need and the smallest version that solves it. You leave with a plan and a price.
- 2
Developabout 2–3 weeks
I build it hands-on — tested and working — in one focused sprint.
- 3
Deliver
You get clean, documented software you own and can run yourself. No lock-in. Need more? We scope the next sprint from here — you decide each time.
What I need from you
A short list — and that's it.
A few real examples
Some actual documents or cases from your world, so the AI learns from your reality — not a generic guess. The more representative, the better.
One point person
Someone close to the work who can answer questions quickly while we build, so momentum never stalls.
Quality you can measure
We agree up front what a good result looks like and check against it — with a person reviewing anything critical. Clear standards, verified — not vague promises.
Who I am
An architect who builds — and ships.

I'm an architect, founder and builder. I help you decide what to build, choose the right solution, and deliver it working.
For nine years I founded, led and personally built an AI SaaS product end to end — from product strategy and architecture to development teams, offshore collaboration, customer delivery and the hard trade-offs of building in a competitive market.
I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior and taught for over a decade at Copenhagen Business School.
So I don't just make AI work technically — I understand the human need, the business constraints, and what it takes for people to actually use the solution.
This very site is built in Lovable — because for a clean marketing page, no-code is the right, fastest tool. When a solution needs to carry real data, roles, validated AI output and true ownership, that's when I build the custom stack below.
Under the hood · for the technically curious
I work AI-native: I make the architecture and product calls and direct frontier models through Cursor, reviewing at every step. That's why a feature goes from brief to tested code in days, not months.
Deliberately boring and handover-friendly: tested, CI-backed, documented — yours to own.
